The Arca U.S. Treasury Fund is the first of its kind—a closed-end fund registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940 issuing shares as digital securities that are transferable using blockchain technology.
The Arca U.S. Treasury Fund provides investors and enterprises access to a managed portfolio consisting primarily of one of the most historically low-volatility U.S. assets—U.S. government bills, bonds and notes—that is subject to the standards applicable to an closed-end fund. The Fund issues its shares as ArCoin—digital securities that leverage certain efficiencies of blockchain technology. The Fund will typically invest a minimum of 80% of assets in U.S. Treasury securities.
